SOOOOOO, I'm wondering if there is some tool I can use to turn on a particular java vm similar to Ubuntus' /etc/jvm?
I can see libjava.so is in ../jre/lib/amd64 directory but not sure why wouldn't it get picked up. I don't know how java 1.5 and 1.6 found the libraries, but it was definitely a different method.
