I was able to just steal the 9.3 folder out of the Xcode 8 Beta download, and place it in Xcode 7.2. For example, attempting to run a build on a device running iOS 9.3 in Xcode 7.2 results in this error; Could not find Developer Disk Image. I am asking myself now if I should use this computer as a flowerpot?Acclaration: if I took out an HD o USB stick from this computer and put into another older, have a peek here The 256 characters thing is true, but as kijurgas said, It won't solve the problem if your folders were not yet given access!
