Are you looking for the solution to your computer problem? This re-install should initially look at the version on your PC and then update, if appropriate. I downloaded the USB V3.2 driver to desktop and clicked to install. Not an answer to your question I know but good luck.

If my guess is correct then you should be able to use MSConfig (Start | Run, enter MSConfig in the box and click OK.) Look on the Startup tab and look
