The fix to this issue would be to either add some permissions to the policy, or to preload some classes, as we do. That means that, until you hit an "action" you're not going to signal JRun to load the ActionServlet - and your configuration is not going to be available. My guess is that you are still having some artifacts left behind from a previous iteration. Deploy the sample ROOT application, as described in comment #6 2.

I am seeing the same thing from an EJB module that has not JSP pages yet is running into this error preloading servlet, initializng a page table. Note, though, that there can be other errors observable at the same circumstances, that are not yet fixed. If load-on-startup is greater than or equal to zero then when the container starts it will start that servlet in ascending order of the load on startup value you put there why do they give the same output? So, are both issues fixed by these patches?
