Very very annoying but the only way i have gotten this to solve. Members have access to different forum appearance options, and many more functions. After half an hour, the advisor told me the only thing I could do was to use Time Machine to restore not just iTunes, but the entire machine. My playlists show up but some of the albums didn't show up.
