My problem started when I was in process of deleting an email account I no longer used. Tried to import second PST file and got a repeat of the same issue (Cannot open.....) Should I reinstall Outlook, or will this not help. I can only suggest addressing some local IT professional or service that specializes in data recovery. MAPI was unable to load the information service msncon.dll.
