It's coming because the full name of the class should be dto.HelloHP and not HelloHP. I am not sure what to suggest, since you have tried lots of things, but there are two other things1: Create compile and execute a HelloWorld class. What finally worked for me was fixing my %JAVA_HOME% path in environment variables.
