If after this message has been displayedand you try to explicity compile a file that previously been missed,using Ctrl+F7, a message box appears saying that file cannot be compiled. From the comments it looks like this is fixed in RC1 so I will go ahead and close this. check my blog

The answer to the suggested duplicate involved deleting the .suo file for the project, which did not resolve the issue that I was receiving. Activity log attached, remove the ".txt" suffix on both files to view. Mate u wanna have a 5.1.0 client?
Fix these annoyances once for all .. I got a clue from the event log. Just kidding of course. The Operation Could Not Be Completed. The Parameter Is Incorrect Vs 2015 I recommend you uninstall all the relative components and reinstall Visual Studio to collect the log for further diagnose.
