downloaded registrybooster2 which claimed to fix the issue but did not. It is basically different from Outlook because it has less extensive but more user-friendly capabilities. It reads email from a user account either through POP or functioning as an IMAP client on an IMAP mail server. Says DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\MSOERT2.dll is not a valid windows application.
Try remaming the file msoert2.dll to msoert2.old in the C:\Windows\System32 folder, then copying this file from the C:\Windows\System32\dllcache folder.
