I cannot see an answer to this problem - it's down to MS, BT and Motive to sort it out. To resolve the Smartbridge PSAPI.dll problem, you must search for and rename all copies of the PSAPI.dll file on your PC. of the USA. The ports are also not blocked by a firewall.
