What you are logging for is a line that has the process as "regsvr32.exe" and the result as "FILE NOT FOUND". Googling, I found that similar errors were evidently fixed by moving an ati dll from one graphics card load library to another, so I updated all of the graphics card software. It seems to always happen right after I've changed files in the ribbon.
